Christine is the absolute best realtor I could have asked for and exceeded my wife and my expectations in more ways than one. Not only did Christine help us navigate the extremely difficult Denver real estate market, she provided unmatched expertise in the closing process, she was never pushy or less than 100% honest with us, and she was always extremely positive and happy to help us any way she could. She is incredibly responsive and would get our showings set up almost immediately upon hearing from us. It felt like she was on call 24/7 for us during our search and always made time for our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about homes in general (water heaters, AC, heating, etc.) and is quick to share her knowledge and point out things during a showing that might warrant future attention. Christine is amazing! She recently helped us buy and sell a home. She went above and beyond during every step of each process. She got us in to see every house we wanted when we wanted. While at the homes, she never rushed us; she cared just as much as we did about every detail. I know her professionalism and dedication is what got us our dream home in this crazy market. When it came time to sell my home, she was equally on the ball. She has a whole team that comes in to help and get you the best price possible. Again, I am sure her professionalism and efficiency was what got us an offer that exceeded our expectations. I can't imagine a realtor out there who is willing to do more for the client. A quick example is she knew we wanted a jacuzzi, she realized another one of her clients was selling theirs, and she connected us. This only comes from really getting to know your clients and wanting to help them out even when it doesn't benefit you at all. I hope I don't need a realtor for a while, but if you do, Christine is who you want.
